TriEdge provides a personalised and structure program to suit my fitness and comfort level, an effective training program to enhance my performance, achieving personal goals and targets. The constant feedback from the dedicated and passionate Coaches Micheal and Scott, helps a great deal in correcting and improving my techniques in all aspects, be it running, swimming and cycling.
The group training with TriEdge provides me with great motivation, pushing my own limits a little harder than I might do on my own at every session. I love the positive energy around, Tri-Edger's are very motivating and encouraging, giving good advice and sharing their interesting training and race experiences.
